Dining

Since we often spent all Saturday at the site, we set up a dining room table. It was made from the last piece of subflooring, leftover from that day that we finished laying the first floor. Turns out a table in the house was handy for more things than mealtimes, though sometimes it was in the way!

Hahahahahaha - that's what we did when we remolded out home! We didn't have a centerpiece but had the paper plates!
Looking good!

What an exciting time this must be for your family! I have stopped by your blog a few times coming through from your mother's blog, Elizabeth, but I think I will have to follow you more closely now to see more updates about your new home. That way I can live vicariously through you...we live in a very crooked little house (literally) and I often dream about how fun it would be to tear this old place down and build an entirely new home from scratch!

Thank you. Actually, we often talked about remodeling as we were building and even though a lot is done, I'm thinking about how we could have done it better!
