Here is a way to assemble your own tea "trio" inexpensively. The bottom clear plate etched with a wreath of leaves was a find at a thrift store for 50 cents. The elegantly swirling cup is from a punch bowl set, and was 50 cents as well. One only needs to sandwich a beautiful saucer
between these finds to make a pretty tea cup set. Sometimes you find a lone saucer at Goodwill, that once belonged to an elegant tea cup. These orphan saucers used to be 99 cents, but now they are $1.99 at our Goodwill. However, in the sorrowful case that you have an orphan saucer in your collection because you broke the cup, you have one for free and have found a new life for it.

These clear cups and saucers look wonderful on a pretty colored table cloth.
