Our Question of the Month comes from a busy mother who is admittedly not a morning person:

"Any ideas what I can fix for breakfast besides cereal and toast and eggs? It is getting a little boring...."

What do you fix for breakfast? Do you have any favorite breakfast foods, or do you enjoy doing something out-of-the-ordinary for breakfast? Does anyone have any make-ahead breakfast ideas?

A Question from a gal born in Washington:

Why is it that when I buy a can or a jar of apple juice, I see "Concentrate from China" or a combo of the US and ten other countries? What's the matter, doesn't Washington State have enough apples to make juice with?

Why do we have to import apple juice concentrate from places halfway across the world? Isn't that more expensive?
